Erika

For more than 23 years, Erika has been a fixture of HJ. She is a 3rd generation owner and does the in-house appraising. She received the title of Gemologist from G. I. A. She is also the head jewelry and diamond buyer and travels to Antwerp, Belgium yearly to hand-select many of the diamonds she purchases for both the store and for her clients. Erika is a board member for Retailer Jewelry Organization.

Erika’s bubbly personality sets her clients at ease and makes her a remarkable leader for the HJ team. She loves to create designs for her clients and is caring with each project that she starts.

Outside of work, Erika loves to travel and discover new cultures and languages. She enjoys singing in the Platte River Singers. She also keeps busy with her two daughters and their activities!

Erika is following in her grandparents and parents’ footsteps by keeping the 145 year HJ Tradition alive.
